Claire Cashmore is a gold medallist Paralympian and a World Champion paratriathlete.
Claire competed at four Paralympic Games as a swimmer, making her debut as a 16-year-old at the 2004 Athens Paralympics, and she won a total of eight medals - one gold, three silver and four bronze - to consolidate her position as a legend of the sport.
After Rio, Claire decided to transition into Paratriathlon and she was crowned ITU World Champion in 2019 before winning bronze at the Paralympic Games in Tokyo.
She started working with PH in 2018 and uses PH 500 during training and races. She will use PH 1000 when in the heat chamber or hotter conditions.
Outside of sport, Claire enjoys sharing the lessons she's learned from her journey by giving talks at schools and businesses.
