Kat has gone from strength-to-strength as a triathlete as she started the 2019 season in the age-group ranks of IRONMAN 70.3 racing before taking her pro licence mid-season.

Kat podiumed in each of her first three 70.3 races as a pro, including winning the ETU Middle Distance title. She came 16th at her rookie IM 70.3 World Championships and went on to go sub-9 hours during her IM debut in Western Australia.

She also gained her place on the BMC-Vifit Pro Triathlon Team for the 2020 season and intends to focus on the full IM distance going forward.

Kat started using PH when she was part of the amateur team, Team Freespeed, in 2019 and her Sweat Test revealed that she's above the average when it comes to the sodium concentration of her sweat. So, she mainly uses PH 1000 during training and she also uses SweatSalt Capsules during races.

Kat is a serving physiotherapist in the British Army and is supported to train full-time for elite triathlon.
