All-round good products and great advice too.
Really helpful to have guidance as to what fuel is needed for your particular training/events. Also, the neutral flavour is really nice and easy to take on when needed. I've used sports fuel from multiple manufacturers and these are absolutely among the best I've tested over the past decade or so. I'll certainly buy them again!

Surprised and impressed by the effects
I was initially sceptical at the idea of consuming such a high amount of salt, I've been conditioned to stay under 6g per day. However, the discussions I saw online, relating to electrolytes and salt loss during exercise, interested me enough to try the tablets out. I have historically suffered pretty badly from cramp, especially during three or four hour rides. Wonderful wonderful chews.
I am pleased to have found PF&H - I am a heavy sweater and use the 1500 capsules which are very palatable and I feel work well. Also very easy and light to transport and decide on the run/ride if you want to pop one in your bottle. I struggle with the gels - but this is my personal palette, and I definitely prefer them to other flavoured gels.
