Electrolytes and Gels are Goated
The electrolyte tablets completely dominate against all other brands I’ve tried, they’re on par with sodium as most others but do not have the overpowering salty taste. The gels are super smooth and do not have any unpleasant taste

No cramps anymore!
For years I suffered cramps on long rides. Often once hitting 90 or 100 km in hot summer conditions the cramping would start. The rest of the trip would become painful. I tried a lot of different hydration products - since using Precision Hydration 1000 & 1500 I can enjoy my rides without any cramps! Very happy.

Cramping and fueling
I’ve been getting cramping issues for a while and wanted to fuel more efficiently, I’ve been using the 1500 tablets and carb/ electrolytes powder and there great, so far cramping has disappeared and I am able to train for longer periods without feeling so drained! It tastes okay to which is a bonus

PH review
After trying many fuel options I’ve ended up liking these products the best. The 30gr carbs gel packets are easy to use during efforts, and I found the neutral taste easy on the palate and stomach. The electrolyte tablets taste good and help well to keep me hydrated. I won’t switch to any other brand.

PH1500 + sweat test
Being able to dial in my hydration and replenish sodium consistent with my sweat rate has been a game changer for ultras. If you haven’t had the PH sweat test yet, I’d highly recommend!
