Race day prep
I started using precision hydration prior to Old County tops fell race 2023 due to heavy sweating/ cramp issues. After using 1500 I’ve had very little cramping issues and have felt strong to the end of races.

Energy with a happy stomache
I love these products! I started with the electrolytes and found a great change in energy and realized how much I needed them. Then I tested the carb gels and it was easy to digest. Finally I went through the powder carbs 30-120 and it was a great addition to my long bike rides! The taste is perfect and not overwhelming, even when I add 4 scoops. Really have enjoyed these products!

Deliver exactly what is promised
I was initially quite sceptical as to how much of a difference these electrolyte tablets would make. Having used them for a number of weeks in different conditions I can honestly say they have made a huge improvement in how I feel towards the end of a ride. No more tight achy legs, they really do work amazingly well. They have also helped to stop cramping that I would usually suffer in the evening after a hard ride. Highly recommended!
