Taste testing
The items that I’ve purchased arrived quickly within 5 business days of purchase. They work as advertised and I’ve had no issues while ingesting the items during workouts. At first I did try them while being home to ensure I would not have an upset stomach. Once I’ve noticed no issues I then moved on to using them while on a bike. Which for me in my opinion I performed well during my training.

I purchase these for my 19 year old son. I continue to be amazed by his performances - 2nd in the world swimrun champs in Troia, Portugal this year and 1st Brit in the age-graded World Aquathlon Championships in Ibiza last year - and he used Precision Hydration to fuel himself for both of these events. He has found them very useful in ensuring that he is properly fueled for his events.

Chews and caffeine gel on bike
I really like the chews, super convenient on the bike ! I find the lemon taste a bit to sweet but the mint one is awesome, really refreshing !
Regarding the get with caffeine, it does the job, easy to digest, it gives a boost. Only drawback is the bitter aftertaste, but a bit of water and you are good to go.

Quality products that work
Having tried various gels and electrolyte products (cheaper) over the last year , I can honestly say that these products are far superior to anything I’ve used. The gels are easy to consume , the carb&electrolyte drink mixes well, tastes great and causes no issues with gut pain (unlike some other products) they provided the fuel required for me to complete a recent 105mile cycle event , with no cramping and performance was consistent across the whole event.
