I purchased a few items that were recommended by a friend of mine who competes in regular triathlons and Iron Man events. I must say I noticed a difference on longer rides with the gels and electrolyte capsules kicking in after taking them. I definitely won't venture anywhere else as Precision Hydration has given me the confidence to hydrate and fuel correctly!

FANTASTIC PRODUCTS!!!
Absolutely LOVE Precision products. There are no gels out there that I have tried that taste better. They are fast acting too. I have tried the gels, chews, carb-electrolyte mix, purchased bottles, etc. Love them all! the flow gel and bottle is a great option! HIGHLY recommend. The team is fantastic as well, superb customer service. Honestly, look no further for your hydration and nutrition needs, Precision has it all and they do it well!

Great products and customer service
Had great customer service when I emailed with an enquiry about ingredients - very prompt response. Speedy delivery too. Products are great. I'm not a massive fan of gels but these are pretty nice and I don't get 'gel fatigue' with the flavour, which is mild but pleasant. I got mint/lemon chews so I have a variety of flavour (original chews taste the same as the gels I think) and they're great. Electrolyte capsules are a fantastic idea as I don't love the taste of electrolyte drinks. Having said...

I'm fairly new to the sports nutrition game. After testing a few products I came to really like the Precision Fuel tablets and gels. I use the hydration tablets during longer runs and rides and after harder workouts. Their taste makes it very easy to sustain a steady fluid intake, especially when cycling.
When running longer distance races I use gels to fuel. The PF 30 are easily digestible and taste very good. Packaging is easy to handle, too. In some cases, I actually felt a boost of performan...

Wouldn't wanna go back to anything else
Since switching to PFH as my main Nutrition I have upped my Carb intake from 60g/h to 90g/h for Ultratrail races up to 20 hrs with no GI issues. Wouldn't want to go back to anything else.
