Jocelyn McCauley

Jocelyn focuses on racing 70.3®, 100km, and full-distance triathlons.
Originally from Texas, now based in Boise, Jocelyn is a multiple IRONMAN® champ most recently winning IRONMAN® Texas in 2022.
Jocelyn discovered Precision Fuel & Hydration at a PTO 100km race. She’s a moderate sodium sweater but has a high sweat rate, so preloads with PH 1500 before races and drinks PH 1000 during.
Away from the sport, Jocelyn is a wife and mother of two daughters, Emi (10) and Sydney (2). She loves to bake and cook in her spare time.
