Lucy Byram

Lucy Byram is a middle distance professional triathlete, who lives and trains in Leeds in the UK.
Lucy officially joined the Precision Fuel & Hydration team in 2026 and is working with the Sports Science team to refine her fueling strategy, and enhance her recovery from sessions.
She's been focusing on racing middle-distance races and has secured some hugely impressive results, including wins at Clash Miami, Challenge Wales and IRONMAN 70.3® Jesolo, as well as top-five finishes in multiple T100 Series events.
In the coming years, Lucy is planning on stepping up to the full IRONMAN® distance.
