Originally from a running background, Michelle learned to swim at a relatively late age and she took up triathlon in her early 20's before going on to become a two-time Olympian.

Triathlon success came quickly for Michelle as she won the European triathlon series overall in 1998 and then she won her first World Cup in Noosa in 1999, before finishing 6th at the Athens Olympics in 2004.

After a successful career and many wins, including becoming European Triathlon Champion, Michelle was forced to retire after major back surgery. She came back to the sport 10 years later to win the World Age Group (45-49) Sprint Championship titles in 2018 and 2019.

Michelle has used Precision Fuel & Hydration for many years and recommends the products to the athletes she works with through Team Dillon Coaching.
