Where's my order coming from?

Orders on our Australian store are shipped from our Aussie warehouse. Order before midday AEST for same day despatch, excluding pre-order items, which have estimated shipping dates in their product descriptions!!

Do I have to pay for shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders over A$99.99. Unfortunately as a small business, it's just not feasible for us to offer free shipping on smaller orders just yet. Our shipping rates are genuine reflections of the cost of fulfilling your order. Thank you for understanding!

What about import duty?

We do not collect taxes or duty on orders shipping outside of Australia. Some local authorities do levy local taxes and/or customs charges prior to receipt of imported goods and these payments are the responsibility of the buyer

Can I return my order?

We offer a no quibble, 30-day money back guarantee on unopened/unused products, excluding pre-order merch items. In the unlikely event that you’re unhappy with your order, you can return qualifying products to us for a replacement or refund - just email us
