Where's my order coming from?

Orders from our Canadian store are shipped from our Canadian warehouse in Vancouver and generally take 2-5 days to arrive. Excludes pre-order items, which have estimated shipping dates in their product descriptions!

Do I have to pay for shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders over CA$84.99. Unfortunately as a small business, it's just not feasible for us to offer free shipping on all orders. Our shipping fees are genuine reflections of the cost of fulfilling your order. Thanks for understanding.

What about import duty?

Your order will be shipped from within Canada and so no import/customs duties will apply.

Can I return my order?

We offer a no quibble, 30-day money back guarantee on unopened/unused products, excluding pre-order merch items. In the unlikely event that you’re unhappy with your order, you can return qualifying products to us for a replacement or refund - just email us
