We’re Precision Fuel & Hydration, a fast-growing sports nutrition business based in sunny Christchurch, Dorset. For 15 years, we’ve been helping athletes perform at their best. Video Caller [part-time, contract]

Remote

The Video Call Squad are a collection of like minded industry experts with backgrounds ranging from performance coaching through to sports nutrition. Together, they guide our customers through their fueling and hydration strategies via video consultations and answer any questions they might have about the PF&H product range.

The squad operate in remote locations ranging from Australia, Canada and the UK. Once they’ve completed our training program, they operate on their own time. We search for individuals who are able to commit to a minimum of 4x 20 minute calls per week for at least a 6 month period, plus virtual attendance at our monthly education sessions.

What You’ll Do

Share your product knowledge and enthusiasm for the brand through video consultations with both active and prospective customers
Provide a written summary following video consultations
Complete ongoing training and development to stay on top of our products and the latest trends in our industry
Support at events, expos, and product activations (where geographically possible!) — helping us bring the brand to life and delivering on-the-ground experience and confidence in our products
