As Precision Fuel & Hydration continues to scale, partnerships remain the heartbeat of our brand’s growth. We don't just "do" sponsorships; we build high-value networks across podcasts, YouTube, and print media, and collaborate with other leading brands in the world of endurance sports.
We’re looking for a Partnerships Manager to lead this network. This is a role for a strategic thinker who has the commercial nous to get deals over the line, but also understands the human element of why people choose one brand over another.
You’ll work closely with the Marketing Director, managing our Partnerships Coordinator and ensuring that while we strive for creative and high impact marketing we never lose sight of the details that make a partnership work.
We're growing fast, which means things move quickly around here. Our roles will evolve over time, and while the key responsibilities are outlined below, there may be changes as we grow. We're looking for someone who’s up for that kind of pace and flexibility - someone who’s keen to roll up their sleeves and grow with us.
What You’ll Do
- Network Strategy: Own and nurture our key relationships. You aren't just managing a list; you’re curating a network that puts our products into the hands (and bottles) of the right athletes.
- Commercial Negotiation: Lead the negotiation on the majority of partnership agreements, working closely with the Marketing Director and CEO to land the biggest deals. With the support of the Marketing Director, you’ll have the scope to navigate terms, deliverables, and financial support
- The "Long and Short": Use data to guide your decisions, but keep the bigger picture in mind. You’ll understand how to balance immediate sales performance with the long-term brand building that fuels future growth.
- Team Leadership: Manage and develop our Partnerships Coordinator, acting as their mentor and ensuring the day-to-day delivery of our strategy stays organised and on track.
- Creative Briefing: Work with our Creative and Copy teams to ensure partners aren't just reading scripts, but telling our story. You’ll identify the non-obvious content opportunities that others might miss.
- Brand Representation: You’ll represent PF&H at key events, from co-branded shakeout runs to major international races. This involves building meaningful connections with potential partners and getting your hands dirty alongside the rest of the team to make an activation successful.
- Integrated Working: Work closely with the Operations, Events and Sports Science teams to ensure our partnerships are authentic, impactful, and executed flawlessly.

Precision Fuel & Hydration is growing fast. As we scale, so does our network of partners—including podcasts, YouTube channels, newsletters, and other endurance sports brands. We’re looking for a Partnerships Coordinator to be the heartbeat of this department, ensuring our relationships run smoothly and our strategy is executed flawlessly.
This is a "hands-on" role for someone who is exceptionally organised and loves the logistics of marketing. You’ll be the primary point of contact for many of our partners, acting as the bridge between our strategy and the real-world delivery of our campaigns.
We're growing fast, which means things move quickly around here. Our roles will evolve over time, and while the key responsibilities are outlined below, there may be changes as we grow. We're looking for someone who’s up for that kind of pace and flexibility - someone who’s keen to roll up their sleeves and grow with us.
What You’ll Do
- Relationship Management: Be the go-to person for existing partners, making sure they have the product, information, and support they need to represent PF&H authentically.
- Onboarding & Logistics: Lead the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring they feel part of the team from day one. You’ll manage the delivery of samples, merch, and assets, making sure we hold up our end of the deal, every time.
- Track Performance: Collate data and insights on how our partnerships are performing. While we value the long-term brand build, you’ll help us keep an eye on the immediate impact by tracking D2C performance and partner engagement.
- Inbound Management: Help review and filter new partnership opportunities, using your commercial awareness and understanding of our audience to spot the opportunities.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain our central records, keeping our pipeline, contracts, and payment schedules organised. You’ll ensure the "unseen" side of partnerships runs like clockwork.
- Content & Creative Support: Coordinate with our Creative team to help execute content opportunities, from ad-read scripts to social media collaborations.
- Event Activation: Represent PF&H at major endurance events and races. You’ll be on the ground, engaging with our community, supporting our partners at events, and - on occasion - helping the team with the physical side of making an activation look great.
