Precision Fuel & Hydration is growing fast. As we scale, so does our network of partners—including podcasts, YouTube channels, newsletters, and other endurance sports brands. We’re looking for a Partnerships Coordinator to be the heartbeat of this department, ensuring our relationships run smoothly and our strategy is executed flawlessly.

This is a "hands-on" role for someone who is exceptionally organised and loves the logistics of marketing. You’ll be the primary point of contact for many of our partners, acting as the bridge between our strategy and the real-world delivery of our campaigns.

What You’ll Do

  • Relationship Management: Be the go-to person for existing partners, making sure they have the product, information, and support they need to represent PF&H authentically.
  • Onboarding & Logistics: Lead the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring they feel part of the team from day one. You’ll manage the delivery of samples, merch, and assets, making sure we hold up our end of the deal, every time.
  • Track Performance: Collate data and insights on how our partnerships are performing. While we value the long-term brand build, you’ll help us keep an eye on the immediate impact by tracking D2C performance and partner engagement.
  • Inbound Management: Help review and filter new partnership opportunities, using your commercial awareness and understanding of our audience to spot the opportunities.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain our central records, keeping our pipeline, contracts, and payment schedules organised. You’ll ensure the "unseen" side of partnerships runs like clockwork.
  • Content & Creative Support: Coordinate with our Creative team to help execute content opportunities, from ad-read scripts to social media collaborations.
  • Event Activation: Represent PF&H at major endurance events and races. You’ll be on the ground, engaging with our community, supporting our partners at events, and - on occasion - helping the team with the physical side of making an activation look great.

What We’re Looking For

  • Organisational Prowess: You are someone who finds satisfaction in a well-kept spreadsheet and a "zero-inbox" approach. You have a sharp eye for detail and never let a deadline slip.
  • Natural Communicator: You enjoy building relationships and can communicate clearly and warmly, whether you’re talking to a world-class athlete or an external brand manager.
  • Commercial Awareness: You have a basic understanding of how marketing drives growth and a curiosity about why certain partnerships "click" while others don’t.
  • Proactive Mindset: You don’t wait to be told what to do; you spot gaps and offer solutions. You’re comfortable in a fast-paced environment where roles evolve as the company grows.
  • Technical Curiosity: You’ll need to learn the "how and why" of our products. If you’re willing to lean in, we’ll teach you everything you need to know so you can talk confidently with our partners and customers.
  • Passion for Sport: An interest in running, cycling, triathlon, or endurance sport in general will help you understand our audience’s "pain points" and make your work much more impactful.
  • Flexibility: You’re happy to travel (sometimes internationally) and work the occasional weekend during the height of the race season.

Are you a financial all-rounder who’s ready to swap the corporate treadmill for something with a bit more pace, purpose and personality? We’re on the hunt for a Finance Director to help us navigate our next phase of growth. You’ll own the numbers across our global business (we have customers in 100+ countries and subsidiary businesses in key markets), steer strategy alongside our CEO and leadership team, and head up a small but seriously switched-on team.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead on strategy alongside the CEO and leadership team – turning big growth ambitions into a credible financial plan.
  • Oversee all financial operations across the group - from our UK base to our Irish, US, Canadian and Australian subsidiary businesses.
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes – helping us stay ahead of the curve.
  • Own the monthly management accounts, cash flow, P&L and commentary.
  • Lead the way through financial audits.
  • Keep us compliant across tax, VAT and statutory reporting here and overseas.
  • Build the financial case for new markets, products and investments.
  • Sense-check plans, challenge assumptions and make sure big decisions are grounded in solid numbers.
  • Lead, mentor and develop a small but talented team and help shape how finance and resources scale as we grow.
  • Sharpen our systems, controls and processes as we scale – spotting where we can simplify, automate and stop doing things the hard way.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified accountant with deep experience in finance leadership roles
  • You’ve been a Finance Director, Head of Finance or strong number 2 in a business with international subsidiaries and turnover in the tens of millions (or more).
  • No stranger to financial audits – you know the process, the pitfalls, and how to navigate it all like a pro.
  • Experience operating in a multi-country, multi-currency environment.
  • Happy at both ends – shaping strategy with the leadership team one minute, digging into a model, cash flow or audit query the next.
  • An excellent people manager, because you’ll be a senior leader and mentor to some talented team members.
  • Commercially sharp – you think in growth, margin, cash and return, not just reporting lines. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can flex your problem-solving muscles and take initiative.

Nice To Have

  • Experience in consumer, e-commerce, DTC, subscription or FMCG businesses.
  • Exposure to fundraising, investor relations or board-level reporting.
  • A solid grip on modern finance systems and reporting tools (ERP, Power BI and friends).
  • Strong technology capability, with a keen interest in leveraging AI and emerging tools to improve efficiency and decision-making.
  • Hopefully you like endurance sports – plenty of our team run marathons, do triathlons or ride bikes up mountains for fun. It helps if our world genuinely interests you.

What You’ll Do

  • Help us find great people to join the growing PF&H team
  • Proactively search for talented candidates and build relationships with potential future hires
  • Review applications, screen candidates and support the recruitment process
  • Coordinate interviews and assessments, making sure candidates have a smooth and positive experience from start to finish
  • Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the hiring process
  • Help create an onboarding experience that gets new hires genuinely excited about joining PF&H
  • Coordinate contracts, paperwork and pre-start admin
  • Deliver HR inductions and help new starters get set up and ready to hit the ground running
  • Check in with new team members during their first few months and support them as they settle into life at PF&H
  • Maintain accurate employee records and support day-to-day HR administration
  • Partner with the HR Manager on a variety of people projects and initiatives
