Wanna join our motley crew?

We're Precision Fuel & Hydration, a fast-growing sports nutrition business based in sunny Christchurch, Dorset. For 15 years, we've been helping athletes perform at their best. Despite our age, we've got the heart and hustle of a scrappy start-up. That means everyone on our team wears multiple hats (sometimes at the same time) and works with a "can do, let's solve this" mindset. If you like the sound of that, keep reading.

Athlete Support Specialist

Job Type Full time, permanent

This role is where customer service meets unreasonable hospitality. When things aren't going quite right for a customer, this team is who they turn to - and we've built a decent reputation for making miracles happen. That means knowing our products inside out, communicating in a way that actually helps, and working closely with other departments to stay ahead of the curve before issues arise.

We're growing fast, which means things move quickly around here. Our roles will evolve over time, and while the key responsibilities are outlined below, there may be changes as we grow. We're looking for someone who’s up for that kind of pace and flexibility - someone who’s keen to roll up their sleeves and grow with us.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide ‘unreasonable’ levels of hospitality and service to our customers and athletes through a variety of mediums and across a range of international markets:
    • Monitor multiple inboxes through a centralised platform and acknowledging our customers in a timely manner
    • Acknowledge and engage with customers using our social media platforms
    • Share your product knowledge and enthusiasm for the brand through video consultations with both active and prospective customers
  • Work closely with our Operations and Logistics team to understand demands and issues across our global fulfilment network
  • Escalate complex problems or developing themes/issues to the Head of Athlete Support
  • Supporting at events, expos, and product activations — helping us bring the brand to life and delivering on-the-ground experience and confidence in our products

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a customer facing environment
  • Personable approach with the ability to build up rapport quickly and authentically
  • Strong written communication skills with high attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong soft skills, online and in-person

Nice To Have

  • Sports industry experience and passionate about sport and the communities we serve
  • Being a keen athlete would also be helpful (as you’ll already understand our audience) but not strictly mandatory. We'll be flexible so you'll have time to train and compete around your workload

What We Offer

  • All the PF&H fuel, hydration and merch you'll ever need!
  • The chance to be part of a passionate, innovative and fast-growing company
  • Work alongside a team of experts in sports science, nutrition and tech
  • A real hand in growing a brand that's making an impact in endurance sport

Other Info Our HQ is just outside Christchurch (BH23 7DX) on the south coast. You’ll work a 5-day week that will regularly include weekend days (typically 2 weekends per month). Weekends can be worked remotely but we’ll need you onsite most of the time, it’s where a lot of the magic happens!

Creative & Marketing

Marketing Analytics Graduate

Job Type Full time, permanent

This role is about making sense of data - and then doing something useful with it. You'll analyse campaign performance, dig into what's driving results, and help us act on it - whether that's sharpening our paid ads, briefing creative, or surfacing an insight that fuels business growth. It's equal parts numbers and storytelling: you need to be genuinely comfortable with data, but the real skill is being able to explain what it means and why it matters.

  • Analyse performance data across our marketing channels to identify what's working, what isn't, and what to do about it
  • Report on key metrics - ad spend, efficiency, revenue impact - and communicate findings clearly across the team
  • Support experimentation across our marketing channels and website, and help draw meaningful conclusions from the results
  • Get hands-on with our marketing platforms to monitor, implement and optimise advertising campaigns
  • Contribute to the creative briefing process - you don't need to be a content creator, but you should be able to look at what's performing and help shape what we try next
  • Work with AI tools (we currently use Claude) to automate, accelerate and improve analytical workflows
  • Collaborate with teams across the business - from content to commercial - to make sure the data you're surfacing actually gets understood and acted on

What We’re Looking For

  • A recent graduate with an analytical aspect to your degree - maths, physics, economics, computer science, statistics, or anything where working with data was a meaningful part of your studies
  • Genuinely curious about data - you like digging into a problem, not just reporting the surface numbers back
  • Comfortable with Google Sheets (or willing to get there fast) - pivot tables, charts, formulas, the lot
  • A clear communicator - you can take a messy dataset and explain what it means to someone who doesn't live in spreadsheets
  • Happy to take ownership early on - responsibility comes quickly in this role, with coaching rather than formal training
  • Self-starting and inquisitive - you ask "why?" before jumping to conclusions
  • Confident using AI tools - we actively use them in our workflows and want someone who's already curious about what they can do

Nice To Have

  • Some exposure to SQL or working with databases - even if that's mostly meant prompting an AI to write the queries for you and knowing enough to check they make sense
  • Being a keen athlete or a fan of endurance sports would be helpful (as you’ll already understand our audience) but it’s definitely not essential!

We’d love for you to be onsite at least four days a week, it’s where a lot of the magic happens!

Partnerships Coordinator

Job Type Full time, permanent

Precision Fuel & Hydration is growing fast. As we scale, so does our network of partners—including podcasts, YouTube channels, newsletters, and other endurance sports brands. We’re looking for a Partnerships Coordinator to be the heartbeat of this department, ensuring our relationships run smoothly and our strategy is executed flawlessly.

This is a "hands-on" role for someone who is exceptionally organised and loves the logistics of marketing. You’ll be the primary point of contact for many of our partners, acting as the bridge between our strategy and the real-world delivery of our campaigns.

  • Relationship Management: Be the go-to person for existing partners, making sure they have the product, information, and support they need to represent PF&H authentically.
  • Onboarding & Logistics: Lead the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring they feel part of the team from day one. You’ll manage the delivery of samples, merch, and assets, making sure we hold up our end of the deal, every time.
  • Track Performance: Collate data and insights on how our partnerships are performing. While we value the long-term brand build, you’ll help us keep an eye on the immediate impact by tracking D2C performance and partner engagement.
  • Inbound Management: Help review and filter new partnership opportunities, using your commercial awareness and understanding of our audience to spot the opportunities.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain our central records, keeping our pipeline, contracts, and payment schedules organised. You’ll ensure the "unseen" side of partnerships runs like clockwork.
  • Content & Creative Support: Coordinate with our Creative team to help execute content opportunities, from ad-read scripts to social media collaborations.
  • Event Activation: Represent PF&H at major endurance events and races. You’ll be on the ground, engaging with our community, supporting our partners at events, and - on occasion - helping the team with the physical side of making an activation look great.

What We’re Looking For

  • Organisational Prowess: You are someone who finds satisfaction in a well-kept spreadsheet and a "zero-inbox" approach. You have a sharp eye for detail and never let a deadline slip.
  • Natural Communicator: You enjoy building relationships and can communicate clearly and warmly, whether you’re talking to a world-class athlete or an external brand manager.
  • Commercial Awareness: You have a basic understanding of how marketing drives growth and a curiosity about why certain partnerships "click" while others don’t.
  • Proactive Mindset: You don’t wait to be told what to do; you spot gaps and offer solutions. You’re comfortable in a fast-paced environment where roles evolve as the company grows.
  • Technical Curiosity: You’ll need to learn the "how and why" of our products. If you’re willing to lean in, we’ll teach you everything you need to know so you can talk confidently with our partners and customers.
  • Passion for Sport: An interest in running, cycling, triathlon, or endurance sport in general will help you understand our audience’s "pain points" and make your work much more impactful.
  • Flexibility: You’re happy to travel (sometimes internationally) and work the occasional weekend during the height of the race season.

What We Offer

  • All the PF&H fuel, hydration and merch you’ll ever need!
  • Work with a team of industry experts in sports science, nutrition, and tech
  • Direct mentorship from the Partnerships Manager and exposure to the wider marketing strategy.
  • An opportunity to be part of a passionate, innovative, and fast-growing company, making a genuine impact in the world of endurance sports

Finance Director

Job Type Full time, permanent

Are you a financial all-rounder who’s ready to swap the corporate treadmill for something with a bit more pace, purpose and personality? We’re on the hunt for a Finance Director to help us navigate our next phase of growth. You’ll own the numbers across our global business (we have customers in 100+ countries and subsidiary businesses in key markets), steer strategy alongside our CEO and leadership team, and head up a small but seriously switched-on team.

  • Lead on strategy alongside the CEO and leadership team – turning big growth ambitions into a credible financial plan.
  • Oversee all financial operations across the group - from our UK base to our Irish, US, Canadian and Australian subsidiary businesses.
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes – helping us stay ahead of the curve.
  • Own the monthly management accounts, cash flow, P&L and commentary.
  • Lead the way through financial audits.
  • Keep us compliant across tax, VAT and statutory reporting here and overseas.
  • Build the financial case for new markets, products and investments.
  • Sense-check plans, challenge assumptions and make sure big decisions are grounded in solid numbers.
  • Lead, mentor and develop a small but talented team and help shape how finance and resources scale as we grow.
  • Sharpen our systems, controls and processes as we scale – spotting where we can simplify, automate and stop doing things the hard way.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified accountant with deep experience in finance leadership roles
  • You’ve been a Finance Director, Head of Finance or strong number 2 in a business with international subsidiaries and turnover in the tens of millions (or more).
  • No stranger to financial audits – you know the process, the pitfalls, and how to navigate it all like a pro.
  • Experience operating in a multi-country, multi-currency environment.
  • Happy at both ends – shaping strategy with the leadership team one minute, digging into a model, cash flow or audit query the next.
  • An excellent people manager, because you’ll be a senior leader and mentor to some talented team members.
  • Commercially sharp – you think in growth, margin, cash and return, not just reporting lines. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can flex your problem-solving muscles and take initiative.

Nice To Have

  • Experience in consumer, e-commerce, DTC, subscription or FMCG businesses.
  • Exposure to fundraising, investor relations or board-level reporting.
  • A solid grip on modern finance systems and reporting tools (ERP, Power BI and friends).
  • Strong technology capability, with a keen interest in leveraging AI and emerging tools to improve efficiency and decision-making.
  • Hopefully you like endurance sports – plenty of our team run marathons, do triathlons or ride bikes up mountains for fun. It helps if our world genuinely interests you.

What We Offer

  • All the PF&H fuel, hydration and merch you'll ever need!
  • The chance to be part of a passionate, innovative and fast-growing company
  • Work alongside a team of experts in sports science, nutrition and tech
