I’ve tired multiple products for gels and electrolytes & none have ever seemed to sit right with me! Either stomach issues or just down to the taste. After 5+ Hours during a race I wanted something easy! & that’s what precisions products are, simple taste, easy on the stomach & I personally manage to consume 75-85g per hour with no issues. Would 100% recommend to anyone!

The salt tabs and the glucose/sodium mix I love. The gels are good but I don’t love the taste but I still use them because they work and it doesn’t mess with my stomach during long training sessions or race day.

It does not need many words, as the products simply work perfectly. Sweat test as a prerequisite and you can plan properly and exactly to your needs.

Historically, I have chronically under-fueled my training because I hated the taste and quality of sports nutrition. PF&H has completely changed that. I can take it in and digest it without issues, and I feel good about what I'm putting in my body. The customer service and communications have also been excellent.

I’m incredibly impressed with the versatility of PF&H’s product range. I like that I’m not limited to just using gels to meet my carb intake when training. My personal favourite is the carb and electrolyte mix, 4 scoops in 1L of water and I’ve met my carb, electrolyte, AND fluid intake goals for an hour.

Delivery was prompt, tablets were exactly as advertised and have helped me with post-workout recovery during the super hot weather, would defo recommend!

I have tried different gels & in most cases had some GI issues. As a listener of Single Track podcast I was aware of Precision’s products. A friend swears by them and used them in a half Ironman & Paris marathon. I love the gels, they do the job & don’t feel sickly. But I particularly love the hydration tablets & sachets. I’ll be using them in a short trail run race.

I have tried many of the Precisionhyrdation products and have been very satisfied with the performance of all of them. Their chews will definitely be a staple on my future long runs. One chew every 15 minutes is simple and also helps keep my hydration on schedule.
