I tried the products to feed me during the preparation of an Ironman. I am happy with them. They taste good.

Started off with trying out a personalised fuelling pack and straight away everything in the pack was just what I needed. No stomach issues with the gels and as a very sweaty person the 1000/1500 tablets have kept me fully hydrated and away from any cramps! I have tried so many gels and brands but PH&F will be my number 1 go to for all my training and London Marathon in April!

I Had a free 20 minute consult with Stu. We made a fueling/hydration plan. I wanted to make sure before ordering more if I liked the product. I used the flow gel, 30 gm gels, “1000” effervescent tabs and loved them all. Easy to follow and tasted great! It’s all a neutral flavor so you don’t get tired of them and look forward to making a plan for my first full IM distance race.
