Game changer
I tested Precision Hydration on a shakeout ride before my first attempt at the Alta Alpina Challenge. Ended up at 12' feet in climbing and 130 miles, no cramping. I ordered more product before I took off my cleats.
Great Products and Great Value
Great website for researching what you might use. The online questionnaire was helpful in determining what products to try. The starter pack was the perfect amount and not too expensive. Flavor was very pleasant and easy to consume even in larger amounts than I was used to taking. The Effervescent Tabs were easy on the gut during running. The follow up emails with information and suggestions are a really nice addition! I'll be trying your Nutrition products next.
Finally stuff I can stomach
I have tried every gel possible…PF&H has the best stuff. It agrees with my tummy tastes good. You guys have everything I need for my upcoming Ironman races. Well done.
Easy on the digestive tract
I usually dislike electrolytes in my water but these go down really well. The gels and chews are easy on my stomach.

As a heavy sweater, getting the hydration right was always the biggest problem I had over the longer distance races. The variety in the PH electrolyte range has been great for me to get things right for once! Recently started using the PH gels also, not one for stomach issues with gels but the packaging alone is better than the rest. Much easier to use at pace.

Less sticky!
Have tried most of the range and everything is great. I prefer the lighter flavours that precision use as they are easier on the stomach. Love the refillable gel flasks makes life so much easier and less sticky! Get the tester box and see for yourself.
Highly recommend
Huge fan of precision hydration. I've been active athlete most of my adult life and been hiking mountains for over 15 years. During training and events, I would focus primarily on water intake. After working with their staff and taking the sweat test, I realized I wasn't hydrating nearly as much as i needed. Nor was I taking sodium or the carbs necessary to function at my best. Since using their products, everything has changed. I have more energy, am less sore and no more headaches (which i attributed to altitude alone). Highly recommend.
100% Perfect
Having tried several brands of gels, bars and hydration, I have finally found my go-to range. The gels are so tasty, with the perfect consistency and are also easy on the stomach. The chews are easy to take while on the move, and the PH1500 drink has practically eliminated cramping. I will not be buying from any other brand.
