My experience
I discovered Precision Fuel & Hydration through my coach Mikael Eriksson (Scientific Triathlon) and it’s been a game changer for my training.
It’s not just about carbs, the hydration and electrolytes side is just as important, and they get it right. The products are easy to use, taste good, and make it much easier to stay on top of fueling during long sessions. The chews are definitely a favorite.

Marathon block fuelling
First experience of using gels consistently for my first ever marathon block. These work great as fuel and have no issue getting them down at marathon effort every 20 minutes. I did find them a challenge at HM effort but then again I don’t take as many for a HM. If I had to improve anything about them I would like it if they were a little runnier. Great products, the gels and chews are not to sweet, the carb/electrolyte mix is ideal for ease of getting everything in to one bottle for training. Also great customer service and fast delivery. I love the personalised nutrition plan to help me organise my race, this is my first event so it makes it super easy to understand and plan what I need for race day
