Amazing products! They don't have too strong of a taste which is really nice during tough workouts. They also simplify my nutrition plan massively and leave my stomach feeling fresh after a long session, which is rare with products like these!

Great stuff
These are the best fuel and Hydration products I have ever used in 20 years of long distance (amateur) running.
I was particularly impressed by the flavours of the gels, PH500 tabs and the fab little chew bar. It’s like eating a Turkish delight on your run! I often find sports drinks taste pretty bad well into a run but PF&H have solved this problem.
Personally I like the gels and bars more than the carb drink. I tend to drink to thirst when running so I find it easier to get the right amount ...

Crazy products, with an excellent composition. I can eat more than 120g of glucids without difficulty with drinks, bars and gels !

Fuel the body with precision 😀👍
Just started using the precision gels and carb electrolyte drink mix.Gels taste great!
Helped keep me fuelled up.Love the fact that the electrolyte mix have some more carbs.Mixes well as compared to other products I’ve used.
Overall very happy so far.

PFH carbs and sodium
All products work very well and leave no sicky stomach feeling or sticky mouth after taking. The carb chews are a nice variety to gels and are nice to have on the bike. The carb + sodium powder is a perfect way to get carb, hydration and sodium intake in one go. I recommend all to anyone wanting quality supps. I’ve come back many times now and I’m happy each time

PFH variety review
Bought these products with the intent to try them to find good carb and electrolytes for cycling, running and hopefully triathlon. These products hit the mark. They don’t make me feel sick. They are easy to get down even when you’ve had a few already. They don’t sit gross in your stomach or sticky in your mouth. I do like the carb powder with sodium. It helps me reach my carb, hydration and sodium all in one. The sodium packets are great due to me being a heavy salty sweater. All products leave ...
