Great array of products for 3-6 hour session!
Having tried a few other brands which I’ve not found pleasant or have not agreed with me, all the precision products I’ve had have been great. Great consistency, sit well in the tummy and a nice set of options between carb/electrolyte mix drinks, chews and gels. I particularly like the gel reusable pouch which is super handy when on the bike! It’s absolutely changed my fuelling capabilities for longer 3+hour sessions.

Gel 90 for the win!
Tried this product for the first time, as my trail friends all used it and promoted it. Love the consistency and flavour of the gel.. the 90 is perfect due to the screw cap, less mess!!
The bar was easy to digest and tasted great, as well the drink mix provides the carb / electrolyte that I need to hit my intake.
I found similar to another product that online but much cheaper. Plus love the price scaling, buy more pay less!!

My go to training supps
The salt tabs and the glucose/sodium mix I love. The gels are good but I don’t love the taste but I still use them because they work and it doesn’t mess with my stomach during long training sessions or race day.

Free Fuel & Hydration plan - A game changer for me.
I have been riding long distance cycling events since 1995 (Audax riding - 200 to 1400km), never really got on with gels / powders and use them as a last resort. This year to celebrate being 60 years young I have entered my first ever trail run - Montane Lakeland 50 miles (I'm not really a runner, done the odd half marathon). Incredibly Versatile
I’m incredibly impressed with the versatility of PF&H’s product range. I like that I’m not limited to just using gels to meet my carb intake when training. My personal favourite is the carb and electrolyte mix, 4 scoops in 1L of water and I’ve met my carb, electrolyte, AND fluid intake goals for an hour.
