Carb & Electrolyte Drink Mix

After trying other fueling and hydration brands I honestly don’t think I could go back after trying precision. In training for my first ever Ironman 70.3 this summer and I’ve found my performance improving every time I use precision during training. The carb & electrolytes mix is super convenient too to put in my bottle and take to the pool. I mix the powder with some squash and the mild flavour lets me keep drinking without feeling sick.

The flavours are great, not to strong I like to mix the original with the mint and lime. Stomach has coped well with the gels and I feel my endurance performance and recovery is quicker with the electrolytes and easy carb consumption. Although it all cost quite a lot for what is in essence sugar and salt.

I’ve been looking for different products for my training and race day and have tried many brands, and I’m honestly really convinced by precision! I really like the chews because it’s easier to me to chew for a bit than try to take a lot of gels that I have to open awkwardly while cycling, plus the taste is great. The carb + electrolyte mix is perfect to me and it doesn’t taste too sweet so it’s actually really pleasant 10/10 would recommend

After many years and triathlons suffering with nausea on the latter half of the bike and all of the run I finally completed Western Sydney 70.3 - yesterday (03 May) feeling great the whole way through and at the finish I was able to eat - not vomit 🫣… Precision Hydration will now be my go to at all triathlons - at last my gut has found a reliable ‘friend’.

Precision products have been amazing on my training runs for a trail ultra. They have just the right amount of flavour without being too sweet and easily digested.

I’ve been racing ultras since 2008 and have tried many products. My dietician recommended Precision products, so I started using them this year! Just did my first trail marathon of the season today, and used nothing but the gels, chews, and carb/electrolyte drink. I felt great! The taste is neutral, which I think will be helpful on longer days.
