Nothing but positives
Been so impressed with precision. From the fuelling plan, to the delivery the website and customer service has been brilliant. As for the products I’ve found they sit really nicely on my stomach. As someone with coeliac disease this has been really reassuring and nice to find a product that feel safe with.

Hydration and 90g Gels
I have found the natural flavours easy to digest. I like the way the energy gel also makes it feel like something has gone into the stomach, not too watery, something with a bit of substance.
The 60g hydration is easy on the stomach, I've used them both on long rides and feel the benefits of the gels.
Cramps have been reduced too.
I'll be back for some more soon!

Excellent product that performs better than expected in the long hall
This is the second time I have used the gels in an ultra and they are absolutely amazing. Delicious and easy on the stomach and I my strategy of 60g of carbs per hour is easy to achieve with these gels. The 60 carb bag also has very good hydration and this time after I mixed them, I used Mio juice to add to the taste and it works like a charm. Excellent product.

carb + lyte drink and a 60g chew makes fuling for a full IM much easier
The chews have a nice consistency like a jujube. The 'flavorless' ones are simply mildly sweet, and the lemon lime ones taste like a lime jujube. The fact that they are not super sweet mean they don't cause GI distress and nausea like most of the gels I've tried. The carb + electolyte drink mix is a nice lemon flavour. The combo of carbs and electrolytes makes hitting my carb and lyte goal/h much easier when combined with a 60g chew/h.

Best Hydration System I’ve Used
I’ve had a great experience with Precision Hydration. The products have made a noticeable difference in my Ironman prep, particularly with maintaining energy levels and staying properly hydrated during longer sessions. Would highly recommend to anyone serious about their training and performance.
