Carb & Electrolyte Drink Mix

My overall experience with PF&H is top notch. From high quality products that actually work and actually have a neutral taste that I can stomach four hours into a run is amazing, to the free consultations which have really made the biggest difference. The educators on staff are excellent! I went from dying after two hours on the trail to feeling great after a road marathon. Next challenge is 50K trail run, but I feel confident with my hydration and fueling plan.

The nutrition is great, find it easy on my stomach, taste is enjoyable and gel pouches with attached tear off strip make opening and managing waste really efficient

After using various nutrition brands I decided to give Precision hydration a try, it’s night and day better than any other brand on the market.

I've had a few issues with gels and sports supplements and as a result having to run behind a hedge then coming back without a t-shirt on (use your imagination) as a result. These supplements have been a god send. Very easy to digest. Not too sticky. Easy to open (top also stays attached so that you're not carrying two pieces of rubbish) and of course how easy they are on the belly alongside being extremely effective. I use these for half marathons, ultras, 24hr + adventure races and long cycles...

As someone who historically doesn’t get on well with gels, the flow gel is a game changer. In combination with carb drink and the odd caffeine gel, I feel I’ve found a reliable and palatable fuel source for long runs. Very easy to deal with very good products and so helpful with nutrition plan

After several weeks of using the caffeinated PF 30 Gel and the carb and electrolyte drink mix, I have found that both are working for me as I train towards my first 70.3 Ironman. Fueling as I train, with the target of 60g of carb/kg body weight and roughly 1500mg of electrolyte/hr I find that I'm finishing my training sessions not feeling destroyed. The fueling is leaving me ready to train day after day. I have had no stomach issues with either product, also I find the flavoring to be just right...

After my recent amputation I need all the help I can get to keep me correctly fuelled. I've tried a variety of products but Precision are in a league of their own! Thank you for the online advice for my recent 10.5km Galway Bay swim. Fully fuelled and recovery was positive 🙏

I found precision nutrition as I was doing an ultra event on the bike and just couldn’t quite get my nutrition dialled in (always at risk of emptying on big rides re fueling). I found the carb and electrolyte drink really helped and in addition the gels pulled me out of a hole in a number of occasions with the added bonus they aren’t going to be awful on the stomach late in the day ie they really do have a neutral taste which is actually a bonus in late stages and really sugary gels do not alway...

All are clearly marked and directions of use are easy to understand. Customer service is great, online fuel plan is easy to use and works well.
