No GI issues with PF products
I used both PF 30g gel and PF carb only drink mix and I was surprised that I didn't have any GI upset after. I am currently training with it on my long bike and long run in preparation for Ironman. The plan would be to fuel me for Ironman Canada this year

Great Quality and Noticeable Results

Best gels and chews ever
The gels are by far the best gels I’ve tried. Delivery is quick. The chews break up in between gels for a different consistency - I prefer the large gels with crew top as easier to use on a run.
