I have been looking for a gel for a long time that settles well in my stomach, is not too sticky/thick and is palatable during running. The neutral flavour and consistency of the 30g carb and 30g carb with caffeine do just that. They have also given me the boost required to power through my long runs during marathon training. Will definitely be stocking up again!

I've been very impressed so far. I followed the fuelling strategy sent by you guys at the Hastings Half Marathon & was very impressed. The caffeine gel was a great start & didn't seem to have the usual "caffeine crash" that normally hits me with to these gels. Was looking for a gel with a neutral flavour that I could eat a lot of during an ultra marathon and these are perfect. Not too sweet, but still tasty enough to be able to meet my calorie needs without feeling like I’m forcing them down. The large pouches are great for convenience on long runs too.
