Worth their weight in gold
Purchased a sample pack, as a heavy sweater with high sodium loss I found that the 1500 tabs and pouches were a godsend on long rides.
I really enjoyed the basic flavour of the gels as well, and felt well fuelled while doing hard efforts and long rides.

Easy to tear open, easy to take, taste great and absolutely no stomach issues
Tried the hydration tabs by participating in an Ironman 70.3 where they were provided and was so impressed that gave the gels a try. Best gels I’ve ever used. Easy to tear open and easy to swallow. Taste great- no overwhelming weird after taste or anything. No stomach issues ever either. Love the “jumbo” gels

Extremely elated customer!!
My overall experience with PF&H is top notch. From high quality products that actually work and actually have a neutral taste that I can stomach four hours into a run is amazing, to the free consultations which have really made the biggest difference. The educators on staff are excellent! I went from dying after two hours on the trail to feeling great after a road marathon. Next challenge is 50K trail run, but I feel confident with my hydration and fueling plan.

10 mile TT Race fuelling Plan
Answered a few questions with an easy to follow process, & I was provided with a logical race plan all around fuelling and hydration. I stuck to the plan and felt great during the race. Now on my second order!

Game changer
As someone who historically doesn’t get on well with gels, the flow gel is a game changer. In combination with carb drink and the odd caffeine gel, I feel I’ve found a reliable and palatable fuel source for long runs. Great products that work for me!
Having tried numerous makes of gels with mixed results, this year I decided to try Precision Hydration’s products. At long last I have found products which don’t make me gag or give me heartburn. For me the gels score top marks on flavour/consistency and are easy to consume while running.
