My experience
I discovered Precision Fuel & Hydration through my coach Mikael Eriksson (Scientific Triathlon) and it’s been a game changer for my training.
It’s not just about carbs, the hydration and electrolytes side is just as important, and they get it right. The products are easy to use, taste good, and make it much easier to stay on top of fueling during long sessions. The chews are definitely a favorite.

High carbs and caffeine get you through long training sessions
My wife and I enjoy the Precision gel 30 with caffeine. We find the texture great for ingesting on the run, not too thick and not too dilute. The amount of caffeine is high and helpful during those long training sessions. The taste is not too sweet compared to many other gels. The size of the package is just right, being slightly larger than other gels with 30g of carbs.

I've found my go-to gels....finally.
Top notch gels and hydration drink mix - I've used all of the different gels (regular, caffeine, 90g big pouch & Flow Gel, and they've all been excellent throughout a marathon training block and on race day itself. Love the small touches, such as the tops of the gel pouches remaining attached once open, rather than flying off / getting dropped.
Consistency, taste, size, performance - all excellent, and no GI issues, which can be a concern when taking on 60-90g fuel per hour.
