PF 30 Chew

I’ve user Precision Hydration gels and chews for 1.5 years across multiple rides and sportives and for the Majorca 312. For me they are perfect taste is great , amount of carbs is spot on quality, size practicality all good. The chews are a great solution small & easy to carry, tasty, easy to take and digest and I prefer them to the Gels. Also great and freindly customer service with advice and guidance, all round a super brand

I love the Precision Hydration products and use them for all my ultras. Unlike most gels, they don't leave a sharp aftertaste in your throat, but the yoghurt-like texture is actually really nice. I usually take two gels and a pack of blocks per hour in combination with the 1000mg salt tabs in a bottle. Being almost 50 I'm not chasing time goals or placement in races, but the PHF products keep me going for a long time without any GI issues or intake fatigue. Would highly recommend!!!

These are simply the best products that I have ever used. I have been doing Ironman for over 12 years now and used most of the top brands. I recently converted to Precision Hydration as the tick all of the boxes, easy to digest, packed with carbs and electrolytes, and the best thing is that the hydration and energy products have no flavour which means you can simply mix these with your favourite cordial for the perfect taste. Overall these are a great products.

The gels are by far the best gels I’ve tried. Delivery is quick. The chews break up in between gels for a different consistency - I prefer the large gels with crew top as easier to use on a run.

I find the carb only mix is very easy on the stomach,I have been using it now for over a year and never have any stomach issues, there doesn't be any after taste or I never get a dry feeling in my mouth between sip either which I have found with other products, I quite like the chews also, the keep me fueled during longer days in the saddle and are easy to carry in my pocket ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great products, the gels and chews are not to sweet, the carb/electrolyte mix is ideal for ease of getting everything in to one bottle for training. Also great customer service and fast delivery. I love the personalised nutrition plan to help me organise my race, this is my first event so it makes it super easy to understand and plan what I need for race day
