Gel and chews: recommend
Have used the 90g carb gel for long training runs and races and this is truly the best gel ever. Love the neutral flavour. The screw top is way to open and close while running - no sticky fingers! Also not as liquid as other gels which I like.
The chews are a great product too. 2 per pack which makes it easy to pack and gives you a good carb hit when you need it. Have only tried neutral flavour but will try the other one too

Great product
I love the natural taste of these products, the caffeine gels are great for an extra boost. I am doing my first half Ironman in June and have enjoyed testing these products out.

Chase the Sun
I used them a couple of year ago when doing a bike event called Chase the Sun. Doing the ride again this year and due to the natural taste, Precision Hydration are my go to for fuel and hydration. Plus the chews are really nice.

Huge fan!

PF&H chews rock!
Started using PF&H gels, chews, and ph 1500 tablets following my first attempt of the Fred Whitton Challenge where suffered badly from cramps.
The lemon and mint chews are my favourite and more broadly I haven’t had any issues with digesting 90-100g of carbs from the gels and chews.
The ph 1500 staved off my cramps really well and with the fuel products saw me take an hour off my time at eye Fred on second attempt.
Thoroughly recommend giving a try!
