PF 30 Chew

The chew format is simple to carry and ingest on a run and provides the sustenance needed.

I’ve know used precision products to fuel me for 2 half marathons and my training leading up to them. I love them. I’d never use any other brands because the service is always efficient and friendly. I’ve recommended them to so many people.

I used several different types of gels / chews / haribos over the years to fuel my triathlon-ing and half-marathon running. Once I discovered the 90g gel I was hooked. Total game changer for making sure I hit the carb/hr on the bike and during long runs. I also never took sodium seriously until I tried the ph1500 and it's been revolutionary. Don't buy these. The so called chews are nothing more than turkish delights. They look and taste exactly the same. Also, they literally have the same ingredients (cornstarch, citric acid, water, sugar and some kind of flavor). For the price of the bag of these chews I could buy and I am not exaggerating, 6 kilos of turkish delight and would feel no difference apart from the fact that delights have more 2/3 grams more carbs. What a joke.

Prep for my first long distance race and learning about fuelling. I am very funny about taste and it does the job and taste good compare to other brands I tried. Products are pricey

I have struggled in the past with hydration tablets and fueling due to stomach issues. Pleased to say I had no such problems the first time out with these products.
