PF 30 Gel

Great gel with simple flavouring to stop flavour fatigue and no GI issues !!

Loved the gels and used them to train for a marathon. Had a few left over and the wife now loves them also. Guess I need some more.

The gels are amazing! Super easy on the stomach. The 1000 tablets are also very good. The PH 1500 is kinda like a thick water which isn’t bad but will take some getting used to.

So far my experience has been very good, I was sceptical at first, mainly because of the original flavour, so I just ordered a sample to give them a go. I was pleasantly surprised how nice these are. They also don't upset my stomach after consuming them for 5 plus hours. I will definitely be using these from now on and have subscribed too so I'll never run out.

Before P F and H, I knew I was a heavy sweater, but had no idea about the sodium concentration of my sweat. So replacing lots of water, I not only got cramps a lot, but I got nauseated all the time. I worked with one of the team’s sports Nutrition specialists, Emily, and completed my first Ironman at the age of 68. The product is easy to use, mild taste so the taste fatigue is very slow in coming, and the results are marvelous!

After trying other fueling and hydration brands I honestly don’t think I could go back after trying precision. In training for my first ever Ironman 70.3 this summer and I’ve found my performance improving every time I use precision during training. The carb & electrolytes mix is super convenient too to put in my bottle and take to the pool. I mix the powder with some squash and the mild flavour lets me keep drinking without feeling sick.

Très satisfait de Precision Fuel & Hydration. Les produits sont faciles à digérer même pendant les entraînements intenses, le dosage est simple à gérer et l’énergie est beaucoup plus stable que plusieurs autres marques que j’ai testées. Excellent pour le triathlon et les longues sorties.

The flavours are great, not to strong I like to mix the original with the mint and lime. Stomach has coped well with the gels and I feel my endurance performance and recovery is quicker with the electrolytes and easy carb consumption. Although it all cost quite a lot for what is in essence sugar and salt.

Best energy gel ever

I had last run marathons in the mid-2000’s, and when I recently came back to the scene, it was awash with different ways to consume carbs. I consistently feel and perform best when I take precision fuel. Thank you!
