Nutrition for Bolton IM70.3
Brilliant service fast response and great advice given. Set my nutrition for my upcoming race so it takes the stress out of this and can just add as and when needed during training. No issues using the products so far all good

Small and Mighty
The 30g gels are really easy on the stomach. They're a good size for stuffing into top tube bag and jersey pockets and huge bonus is that they are easy to open with teeth when riding hard. I've tried most brands but I keep coming back to Precision for good reason!

Chews are really good; the gels even better
The chews and gels are tasty and pretty mild. I thought I would like the chews more than the gels but the gels are actually really good. They don’t coat my mouth like other gels and I like their simple, mild flavor. I’ve used a variety of gels and chews but thought I’d give these ones a try since they will be the on-course nutrition for my Ironman 70.3 Boulder coming up in June. These will be my new go-to nutrition. Shipping is quick and price is reasonable.

Worth their weight in gold
Purchased a sample pack, as a heavy sweater with high sodium loss I found that the 1500 tabs and pouches were a godsend on long rides.
I really enjoyed the basic flavour of the gels as well, and felt well fuelled while doing hard efforts and long rides.

Easy to tear open, easy to take, taste great and absolutely no stomach issues
Tried the hydration tabs by participating in an Ironman 70.3 where they were provided and was so impressed that gave the gels a try. Best gels I’ve ever used. Easy to tear open and easy to swallow. Taste great- no overwhelming weird after taste or anything. No stomach issues ever either. Love the “jumbo” gels

Best Gel on the Market
These gela have become my go to for race day (marathon full and half) for the last few years. No GI issues in the stomach. You feel that slow absorption which really works. I also use the 90 for bike rides.
