Great products - highly recommended
I wanted to try this company after hearing good things from fellow triathlon competitors. I previously used another brand on just a drink mix, but always felt a bit flat on the run, so I wanted to try gels again. Very easy on the stomach lining and can push at the same time. I purchased the starter pack and have since ordered more 30g carb gels as well as the caffeine version. Hoping they assist me in breaking the 5 hour barrier at Holkham 70.3 on July 5th 2026

Great for fuel on long rides
I found precision nutrition as I was doing an ultra event on the bike and just couldn’t quite get my nutrition dialled in (always at risk of emptying on big rides re fueling). I found the carb and electrolyte drink really helped and in addition the gels pulled me out of a hole in a number of occasions with the added bonus they aren’t going to be awful on the stomach late in the day ie they really do have a neutral taste which is actually a bonus in late stages and really sugary gels do not alway...

Gels & Carb Mix
gels and chews are very tasty and easy to digest. carb mix has a nice flavor and packs a good amount of carbs. perfect for long rides

Happy Guts!
I have a very sensitive stomach and have had difficulties finding products that are effective and gentle on my guts. This product is both. Using these products has eliminated the stress of wondering if I will DNF due to GI issues.

Carb gels convert
I'd never used gels consistently in the past until I tried these from PH. They are very easily digested and have a natural fruit flavour. They been a great addition to my regular nutrition in longer distance training and events.
