Worth their weight in gold
Purchased a sample pack, as a heavy sweater with high sodium loss I found that the 1500 tabs and pouches were a godsend on long rides.
I really enjoyed the basic flavour of the gels as well, and felt well fuelled while doing hard efforts and long rides.

Easy to tear open, easy to take, taste great and absolutely no stomach issues
Tried the hydration tabs by participating in an Ironman 70.3 where they were provided and was so impressed that gave the gels a try. Best gels I’ve ever used. Easy to tear open and easy to swallow. Taste great- no overwhelming weird after taste or anything. No stomach issues ever either. Love the “jumbo” gels

Best Gel on the Market
These gela have become my go to for race day (marathon full and half) for the last few years. No GI issues in the stomach. You feel that slow absorption which really works. I also use the 90 for bike rides.

Extremely elated customer!!
My overall experience with PF&H is top notch. From high quality products that actually work and actually have a neutral taste that I can stomach four hours into a run is amazing, to the free consultations which have really made the biggest difference. The educators on staff are excellent! I went from dying after two hours on the trail to feeling great after a road marathon. Next challenge is 50K trail run, but I feel confident with my hydration and fueling plan.

10 mile TT Race fuelling Plan
Answered a few questions with an easy to follow process, & I was provided with a logical race plan all around fuelling and hydration. I stuck to the plan and felt great during the race. Now on my second order!

Great nutrition, great gel pouches
The nutrition is great, find it easy on my stomach, taste is enjoyable and gel pouches with attached tear off strip make opening and managing waste really efficient

Gels that don't hurt the gut
The gels taste great and give me exactly the energy I need. I've tried a few others and these don't upset my gut like other brands I've tried. I like the texture as well! Overall, super happy with the gels.
