PF 30 Gel

I had last run marathons in the mid-2000’s, and when I recently came back to the scene, it was awash with different ways to consume carbs. I consistently feel and perform best when I take precision fuel. Thank you!

Tried numerous different products but performance is better with precision products. I particularly like the PF30 with caffeine gels as they work brilliantly and don’t give me any gut issues

Love the products and advice from Precision, it's made my marathon fuelling and hydration plan clear and easy to follow in training. I've had no issues tolerating the products during training either. Would definitely recommend!

I have found zero gut rot or bloat from these products and the taste is better than other gels I have used. I like that the gels have a design where the top stays partially connected when you rip it off so you are not accidentally dropping any wrapping. The flavours of the chews seem nice and I can eat a lot of them and not get sick of them during long runs

The gel I find it strange to take but honestly it great to have them during my running! Same goes for electrolytes 1000 helps my sweat. Highly recommended these products

I’ve been using Precision Fuel and Hydration products for a couple of months now and I’ve been really pleased. The PF30 gel goes gown easy with a nice light flavor. I’ve also used the PH1000 capsules on both bike rides and runs. It’s very easy to pop a capsule into a water bottle/flask and you’re good to go. I plan on doing a video consultation as well before a Half Ironman that I’m participating in next month.

After many years and triathlons suffering with nausea on the latter half of the bike and all of the run I finally completed Western Sydney 70.3 - yesterday (03 May) feeling great the whole way through and at the finish I was able to eat - not vomit 🫣… Precision Hydration will now be my go to at all triathlons - at last my gut has found a reliable ‘friend’.

Stoked with the 30g precision gels and 60g blocks. I got a 6min PB on my half marathon time last week helped by being properly fuelled in the last 5km using precision. I've tried many nutrition brands and this is the first one I've been able to tolerate well enough to fuel myself properly. Thanks!
