Great stuff
These are the best fuel and Hydration products I have ever used in 20 years of long distance (amateur) running.
I was particularly impressed by the flavours of the gels, PH500 tabs and the fab little chew bar. It’s like eating a Turkish delight on your run! I often find sports drinks taste pretty bad well into a run but PF&H have solved this problem.
Personally I like the gels and bars more than the carb drink. I tend to drink to thirst when running so I find it easier to get the right amount ...

New favourite Gel
My daughter who lives in Chile, and I in Canada, are currently working with a running coach based in Australia who recommended we try Precision Fuel and Hydration gels for our upcoming race in Santiago, Chile. We decided to give them a try - and we're so glad we did.

The chews are perfect for a pre or post snack to ensure I’m topped up on carbs and perfect if I need just a little more carbs. The pf 30 and caf gel have always worked for me, they sit well in my gut and don’t taste horrid like some other gels I’ve tried
