I love the gels. So easy to take on and taste so much better than other gels that are on the market. I am also a big fan of the bigger pouches to decant into the flow bottle for longer rides and runs such a good idea. Also delivery is so quick which is always good when I leave it last minute to get my gels before a long run 🤣

Why didnt I know about these sooner ?
Ive struggled for a while with the gels, for digestion, amount to carry and take and taste.
I thought I would give these a try after my 19 miler 2 week before left me almost hitting the wall.
I completed a 20 miler using the 300g flow pouch and the run went so much better. Well as good as a 20 mile run can go. The taste was ok, I wont say it was a taste im going to be wanting for my tea like, but as far as gels go probs best one ive tasted. Didn't have any digestion issues either which is very...
