I mixed 225g of Flow Gel and two PH 1500 tablets in a 750ml bottle, topping it off with water. It might have been way too concentrated because it was honestly very difficult to get down during my session. It would be much better if you provided standardized "recipes" or mixing guides. Even if the information exists somewhere, having to spend so much time and effort searching for it was frustrating, and I clearly ended up with a sub-optimal mix. I have been using in a soft flask for marathon training. Being a bit more fluid makes it easy to take on, even at marathon pace. Would recommend.

Quite new to this product but it makes a huge difference out on the bike. Not only gives you the nutrition you need during the ride but works so well with the flow bottle which makes it much easier than dealing with standard gels and left over waste to carry during the ride. Great product

Best gels for 200 milers! Great neutral taste that doesn't get old and it in a huge pouch so I dont have to carry a dozen different packets. Love it!
