I purchased these products mostly for my son. He’s a competitive swimmer, 1500m runner and triathlete. I have tried numerous gels and various carb loading products but have found precision to be the best for his stomach and prolonged events. Other gels gave him problems during the running events. 10 hours at a swim meet, 40ms+ for some triathlon events. The chews are great for his bike leg and the caffeine gel works wonders for the early start.

Started using PF&H gels, chews, and ph 1500 tablets following my first attempt of the Fred Whitton Challenge where suffered badly from cramps. The lemon and mint chews are my favourite and more broadly I haven’t had any issues with digesting 90-100g of carbs from the gels and chews. The ph 1500 staved off my cramps really well and with the fuel products saw me take an hour off my time at eye Fred on second attempt. Thoroughly recommend giving a try!

I made my first purchase of Precision Fuel products and kind of dove all in. I am now using the 90g Gel packs, 30g Gel with Caffeine, 30g Chews, 1500mg Electolyte tabs and the 300g Flow Gel (my fave). I have a sensitive stomach and I've been able to handle all the products very well. Completely changed my race and helped me get a 35 mins PB in my last 70.3! The free planner was super helpful and the gels and chews were really easy to digest and felt like a treat during the bike course! Would definitely recommend!

Both the 1500s as well as the flow gel is great. Both good on the stomach and great taste.

I mixed 225g of Flow Gel and two PH 1500 tablets in a 750ml bottle, topping it off with water. It might have been way too concentrated because it was honestly very difficult to get down during my session. It would be much better if you provided standardized "recipes" or mixing guides. Even if the information exists somewhere, having to spend so much time and effort searching for it was frustrating, and I clearly ended up with a sub-optimal mix. It’s a bit disheartening to feel like I’ve misused...
