This has been by far the best product I have used. I struggled with trying to find the one and this is it. I never really knew how to hydrate and have a balance carb intake until I did the performance test. Selected what type of race I was doing and the rest is history.

The chews are phenomenal, I was 15k in on my first time trying them and mid run I actually thought “wow, this is really good” the mint and lemon is really nice, the 2 different flavours in the same pack is a game changer, something that doesn’t get repetitive. Best hydration chew I have used, neutral taste (reminds me of Turkish delight without the icing sugar!). Definitely has made a change to my training etc.

I generally struggle nausea when consuming sports nutrition, but these chews are easily digestible and have a pleasant neutral flavour. They are also really easy to carry & make hitting fuelling goals that little bit easier.

All the products are really good quality. The flavour and consistency of gels is not too much that it is hard to stomach on runs.

Great tasting, easy to digest. Helps keep me fuelled and hydrated on long runs and rides. The gels are tasty and easy for me to take while training, unlike some other brands I have tried.
