PF 90 Gel

Training for the 2026 London Marathon, I knew nutrition would be key this time around but I’ve always struggled with gels. In the past, I’ve found them difficult to take on the move and often ended up feeling nauseous, which made fuelling properly a real challenge. Perfect size. No terrible after taste and never feel sick after having a few. Just awesome

Great product and delivered quickly

Gels were good, like the fact that I can screw the cap back on. Would be good to have a little bit of plastic connecting the cap to the pack, that way I don't have to be extra careful when unscrewing the cap to make sure that I don't drop it. Other than that, the gel does the job.

I've been very impressed so far. I followed the fuelling strategy sent by you guys at the Hastings Half Marathon & was very impressed. The caffeine gel was a great start & didn't seem to have the usual "caffeine crash" that normally hits me with to these gels. The 1500 Electrolyte drink is refreshing & a slightly neutral taste is better for more regular consumption. I have a trail marathon coming up & will be following the plan you sent me for that too. I've practiced using the screw top "jumbo"...

All products have worked really well for me. The biggest benefit from my perspective is how they taste and the lack of stomach issues when using. Would recommend!

Always top service and comms. Website is easy to navigate, products always in stock and delivery is quick and personalised via a hand written message in each order. A small, but really nice touch - I use quite a few products from PH, first just to try them, but now I always use their stuff. The gels are particularly good a I a perfect consistency for getting in while running and the chews are great in the pocket on rides, small enough to carry and easy to access and eat.

Solids gels for long runs

By far the best tasting and easily digestible gels and sports products on the market. Amazing customer experience as well, quick delivery and great comms on orders. Couldn’t recommend enough!
