Tracking Nutrition
The gels twist lock allow for easy managing of carb intake if not using a flow bottle.
Combined with the flow bottle it’s a game changer in tracking nutrition

Very good gels
I was introduced to Precision Fuel gels by a friend from my triathlon club. I was looking for something that wasn’t too thick, overly sweet, or hard on the stomach, and these were exactly what I needed. The flavor is also really nice and fruity without being overpowering. I now use them during transitions and throughout my long marathon swim training sessions. During my last 7 km swim event, they were a lifesaver for keeping my energy up and helping me recharge. Finally found fueling that works for me
I started with SIS gels - with significant GI distress. Then progressed to Mountain Fuels - with much less GI distress but still not brilliant. Since my coach asked me try these it's been so much better. No GI distress at all and managing to comfortably maintain 60g of carbs an hour.
