Great way to fuel!
Love the PF gels. Have fueled a few marathons and ultras with them. They taste good, and don't give me any GI issues. And the resealable pouch on the PF90 gels is super convenient for long runs and races.

PF 90 for my outdoor pursuits
The PF 90 is the ideal size and packs the necessary nutrition values for "light and fast" efforts. In my experience, those efforts could be ultra running, multi-day kayak and canoe trips, open water paddleboard journeys, gravel biking, or long distance hiking.

Great products & advice
I’ve been using the Precision Fuel & Hydration PF 90 Gel recently and honestly, I really rate them.
What stands out straight away is how no-nonsense they are. There’s nothing in there that doesn’t need to be there. For me, that’s a big thing with fuelling. I’d much rather have something simple that does the job well, rather than loads of extras that don’t actually add value.

Gel and chews: recommend
Have used the 90g carb gel for long training runs and races and this is truly the best gel ever. Love the neutral flavour. The screw top is way to open and close while running - no sticky fingers! Also not as liquid as other gels which I like.
The chews are a great product too. 2 per pack which makes it easy to pack and gives you a good carb hit when you need it. Have only tried neutral flavour but will try the other one too
