Keep hydrated
I started using these on bike rides. Anything over 30 mins. They are great at helping maintain performance ( Well keeping me going ).
What’s more they taste good and are very kind to my digestion.
Now I use them if doing anything strenuous like heavy DIY gardening and long (ish) walks.
Keep hydrated [ Don’t Die Today .. as the signs all over the USA desert national parks say ]

Exceeded every expectation!
Precision Hydration was recommended after I recently completed a challenging 250K stage race in intense heat. I was looking for an electrolyte replacement product that had a neutral flavor, had an added CHO component and a robust electrolyte constituency. Precision Hydration met all those and surpassed my every expectation. I plan to use it as part of my nutrition/electrolyte plan for my next 250K stage race in September. As an experienced ultra runner, this was a little gem of a find!

Very compatible products!
I am still in the test phase, but the tolerance is very good. The consistency is very practical. As a supplement, the electrolytes and salts are perfect for an unsettled stomach.

Efficient hydration
Hydration packages (with sugar) has an acceptable flavor (mild lime/lemon) and I've found it really helps me recover after shorter runs and rides, and helps me keep the energy up during long rides.
And it prevents some headaches after long rides in hot weather I had before.
