High quality product that is easy to consume for hours on end - which can really make a difference when it comes to race performance. Precision makes the tricky task of dialing in fuel & hydration much simpler with straightforward packaging, nutrient amounts that are easy to keep track of, and a plain flavor that I don't get sick of.

These are simply the best products that I have ever used. I have been doing Ironman for over 12 years now and used most of the top brands. I recently converted to Precision Hydration as the tick all of the boxes, easy to digest, packed with carbs and electrolytes, and the best thing is that the hydration and energy products have no flavour which means you can simply mix these with your favourite cordial for the perfect taste. Overall these are a great products.

I’ve always used other gels which are more ‘liquid like’ due to me not liking the consistency normally. I found this brand when needing to find both electrolytes and gels with more carbohydrates as I’m now running ultra distances. My first run with them today and they helped me so much! The caffeine gel was taken about 1 hour in and it really boosted my energy levels! Over the past three years, I’ve become deeply involved in the endurance world, and as any endurance athlete knows, nutrition is key. I’ve tried a wide range of brands, but none have matched the quality of Precision. Their products are incredibly easy to digest and simple to consume, even during demanding efforts.

Great products. I appreciate the higher carb and higher caffeine content compared to other products. Flavors are good.

So I used these at an 8 hour endurance run and they did an excellent job with the hydration but I mixed them with 16 oz of water and basically there was no flavor or just enough to make it not taste well. But other than that I have no issues it is an excellent product will definitely use again. I suggest a little more flavor and this may also boost the card count. Thank you
