Great taste, easy to use, nice simple packaging

After trying other fueling and hydration brands I honestly don’t think I could go back after trying precision. In training for my first ever Ironman 70.3 this summer and I’ve found my performance improving every time I use precision during training. The carb & electrolytes mix is super convenient too to put in my bottle and take to the pool. I mix the powder with some squash and the mild flavour lets me keep drinking without feeling sick.

I have recently used these products for a mountain marathon and it is the first time that I have been able to go the distance without cramp and have a steady sustained amount of energy. By using these products in combination I was able to put in my strongest performance to date placing me 8th in the men's race. The solid fuel of the bars is great in combination with gels. High quality product that is easy to consume for hours on end - which can really make a difference when it comes to race performance. Precision makes the tricky task of dialing in fuel & hydration much simpler with straightforward packaging, nutrient amounts that are easy to keep track of, and a plain flavor that I don't get sick of.

These are simply the best products that I have ever used. I have been doing Ironman for over 12 years now and used most of the top brands. I recently converted to Precision Hydration as the tick all of the boxes, easy to digest, packed with carbs and electrolytes, and the best thing is that the hydration and energy products have no flavour which means you can simply mix these with your favourite cordial for the perfect taste. Overall these are a great products.
