The best hydration products, and fuelling expertise, I've found
I absolutely love these products. They've helped me to top my half/10mile/10km PB's in the first 2 months of using them.
Not sickly or too salty, great flavour and easy to use.
The support in starting with these from the team at PH has been incredible. I feel like I've got the head start I need to attack my marathon in April.

Best gels taste in the market
I tried gels and electrolytes from different companies and pf&h just gave me the best feeling in terms of taste and cals/gel ratio. I absolutely love the design of the gels, that way it is very easy to consume them while riding in aero position

Products are great, but the shipment is pricy
I like the products, super good and convenient. Pricey though. I also hate the fact that I should order at least products worth 80 euros in order to get a free shipment, that’s a lot and I think you guys should find a way to reduce that.

Passion and expertise
I had advice through the online chat function and was really pleased with the outcome. It was amazing to speak to an expert with so much passion for making my runs more enjoyable. I then had a starter pack and was really pleased with the taste of the gels after feeling a little unwell durning my last marathon due to the amount of gels I had to take on. These are smaller than the standard size, yet pack more carbs into them and just have a sweet taste rather than the artificial favour you can get...
