PH 1500

Used these to fuel me to a Top 5 finish in both the Spine Sprint North and South 4 days apart. No digestion issues, no bonking, nice and simple to use and easy to carry. Full recommended

Before using PH&F I’ve used different gel during my training and race day but after my race , I always issues with my gut But since I used the PH&F products I have no more issues

I used the starter pack whilst running 54km during a fairly warm and sunny day. The gels tasted great, and I especially liked the caffeine option. I'm a sweaty runner and used the 1500 capsules in my drinks and one sodium capsule toward the end. I felt good all day, had no cramps or overly fatigued legs. Importantly, I had no stomach issues, and am confident these products work for me. Easy to use products with great supporting info, fast delivery.

I tested Precision Hydration on a shakeout ride before my first attempt at the Alta Alpina Challenge. Ended up at 12' feet in climbing and 130 miles, no cramping. I ordered more product before I took off my cleats.

Great website for researching what you might use. The online questionnaire was helpful in determining what products to try. The starter pack was the perfect amount and not too expensive. Flavor was very pleasant and easy to consume even in larger amounts than I was used to taking. The Effervescent Tabs were easy on the gut during running. The follow up emails with information and suggestions are a really nice addition! I'll be trying your Nutrition products next.

I usually dislike electrolytes in my water but these go down really well. The gels and chews are easy on my stomach.

As a heavy sweater, getting the hydration right was always the biggest problem I had over the longer distance races. The variety in the PH electrolyte range has been great for me to get things right for once! Recently started using the PH gels also, not one for stomach issues with gels but the packaging alone is better than the rest. Much easier to use at pace.

Have tried most of the range and everything is great. I prefer the lighter flavours that precision use as they are easier on the stomach. Love the refillable gel flasks makes life so much easier and less sticky! Get the tester box and see for yourself.
