PH 1500

I love the natural taste of these products, the caffeine gels are great for an extra boost. I am doing my first half Ironman in June and have enjoyed testing these products out.

Following a recommendation I was very impressed with Precision Hydrations tool to create personalised fuelling plans, it was very easy and also comforting to discover their support for lots of events including the Ironman 70.3 event I need this for. Having tried the taster pack on training rides, the taste and textures of the products are good and the products deliver the numbers I need. Communication is very good and lots of support is offered if needed.

Great customer service and advice on hydration and nutrition individually tailored

Have been using PH 1500 sachets and tablets whilst training for my first IM 70.3. I've been impressed by how well they seem to work, and the fact that they are relatively pleasant. The race fuelling planner is incredibly useful, and the customer service seems absolutely spot on.

The 1500 electrolytes and the 30g carb gels make a massive difference in fueling for long rides and runs. The gels have a subtle flavor and go down so easily and are gentle on my gut. Couldn't be happier!

Great products. I need a strong electrolyte to help replace lost salt and the PF1500 is brilliant to help with this. I'm still learning how to use the products to provide the best results for me but they are really helping to avoid cramp and subsequent injuries. I've recently started using the gels as well which were great.

I loved every product I’ve used from Precision Fuel and Hydration. The gels taste nice and not sickly and really help with my energy on the bike and run. The electrolytes are great before a long ride and using them during too. If I’m out for a long time or know I’m going to be sweating a lot I use the sodium capsule with just water.

For the first time in a very long time I no longer have gut issues on the latter part of the bike and all of the run

The PF&H gels are my new favourite. The neutral flavours are a big change from what I am used to, but I now prefer them because they are easy to digest and have a nice taste without being too sweet. And the 90g gels are great with the screw top because I keep taking small amounts as I need it and put it back in my pocket. The hydration mix is a great addition. I am a heavy sweater and the hydration mix has been a big help.
