All products work very well and leave no sicky stomach feeling or sticky mouth after taking. The carb chews are a nice variety to gels and are nice to have on the bike. Bought these products with the intent to try them to find good carb and electrolytes for cycling, running and hopefully triathlon. These products hit the mark. They don’t make me feel sick. They are easy to get down even when you’ve had a few already. They don’t sit gross in your stomach or sticky in your mouth. I do like the carb powder with sodium. As a heavy, salty sweater, I find it really difficult to hit my hydration needs with other products. I tried a taster pack of these after filling in the online form and they are great. They taste great are easy to digest and have kept me fuelled for my training rides and swims. I’ll be using them (and my fuelling plan) for my first full distance triathlon later this summer.

Gels go down easy and taste good! Drink mix tastes good and helps fuel long efforts
