Hydration is Key!
I initially came for a sweat test having done my first marathon and feeling as though my hydration had let me down. The information I received was invaluable. I am peri-menopausal and hadn't really realised how much hotter my body has been getting or how much more I am sweating with exercise. Novice endurance rider review
Great products, recommended to me by a cycling buddy. I wanted to find the best hydration solution for my first year in endurance events and having already completed a 102 miler, found that the 1500 and 1000 combination along with salt tablets worked really well for me. The other result I had was no cramp! I had also read about the potential for getting cramp after several hours in the saddle, but have not any bother at all on any of my long rides.

Quality fueling and hydration
I have tried a selection of the PF&H products during my triathlon journey; gels, chews, and drinks, and I've had a sweat test.
I find the products have an easily palatable flavour and texture, especially over long distance efforts.
