The Right Products
This has been by far the best product I have used. I struggled with trying to find the one and this is it. I never really knew how to hydrate and have a balance carb intake until I did the performance test. Selected what type of race I was doing and the rest is history.

Best Energy Bar on the market!
Easy to order , fast delivery. The 1500 Tablets give me all my electrolytes , especially with my Heat Training on the bike. As for the Energy Chews! WOW...why have I not been using these for years! Original and Mint & Lemon, both yummi, easy to chew, easy to digest, TASTY! The bars are the Bomb. Don't freeze when I am off skate skiing - hit me up with all the carbohydrates I need for long sessions. I just have to stop myself from eating them as a snack like candy! Just ordered another 4...

Recent purchase
I recently purchased some gels from Precision Fuel & Hydration and had a great experience. I also used the hydration planning tool on their website, which I found really useful for figuring out exactly what I need during training and races. The gels themselves are excellent — honestly some of the tastiest I’ve tried compared to other brands. Everything arrived quickly and the whole process was straightforward. Great Products especially if you struggle with gut issues.
Used PFH for my first 70.3 tri and the products worked perfectly. Easy on the gut and kept me going. Just placed an order for upcoming half marathon, marathon and t100 event look forward to testing out some of the new products in training.

Excellent gels and and hydration
I cycle approximately 100-130km each trip and find the gels and hydration essential to keeping my energy levels high, and adequate hydration in the hot Singapore climate. The gels are easy to consume, not too viscous, taste good, and there is no stomach discomfort. I've tried many different brands but keep coming back to Precision

Great Products
Used Precision Fuel products for the first time on a 20 mile trail run. Drank a bottle of the PF 1500 powder mix 1 hour before running, a caffeine PF 30 get 15 minutes before and a PF30 gel and chew each hour. Also drank a 16 Oz bottle with the 1500 tablet each hour. Felt great through the whole run. Did not experience any stomach or digestion issues at all. Will continue to order these products.
